Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the t789p platform — including the website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, payment systems, promotional tools, and customer support services — you ("the User", "you", "your") enter into a binding legal agreement with t789p ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and t789p regarding your use of the platform.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one or more of the following actions: (a) completing the t789p account registration process; (b) clicking an "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox during registration; (c) making a deposit or placing a bet on the platform; (d) continuing to use the platform after being notified of an update to these Terms.

Updates to These Terms

t789p reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, t789p will provide reasonable notice via the platform interface, registered email address, or both. The updated Terms will carry a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the t789p platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

Governing Language

These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated or localised version, the English version shall govern and take precedence in all cases.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the nearest enforceable equivalent that reflects the original intent of the parties.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the t789p platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. t789p operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit registration or participation by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of t789p complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the t789p platform. Accounts must be registered and operated solely by the individual whose identity documents are provided at registration.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of t789p or any of its associated companies, software providers, or payment partners.

Age Verification

t789p conducts age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document — such as a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence — confirming your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Consequences of Underage Registration

If t789p discovers or reasonably suspects that an account was registered by a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended and investigated. Any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible, subject to verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be voided and are not payable under any circumstances. t789p may report instances of underage gambling to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of t789p services — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. t789p accounts are provided free of charge to eligible users.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, your date of birth, and your preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT). You must create a unique password meeting t789p's minimum security requirements.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent account update is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including using a name other than your own legal name, a date of birth that does not reflect your actual age, or a mobile number registered to another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one t789p account. The following are strictly prohibited: registering multiple accounts in your own name; registering an account in the name of another person; operating an account on behalf of another person; sharing account access with another individual. If t789p detects that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether identified by name, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other signal — all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Balances and winnings across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

t789p operates a KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit the following documentation at any point during your account lifecycle, and particularly before your first withdrawal is processed:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and current address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account, or other payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name.

t789p aims to process KYC submissions within 48–72 hours of receipt of all required documents. During the KYC review period, deposits and gameplay may continue but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

t789p processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through payment methods supported by t789p and registered in the account holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits — payments made using a payment method not registered to the t789p account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.

Supported Payment Methods

t789p currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment options may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time. The current list of supported payment methods is always displayed in the t789p cashier.

Deposit Limits and Processing Times

The minimum deposit at t789p is ৳200 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits made through supported methods are credited to your t789p account balance in real time or within a short processing window, subject to the processing times of the payment provider. t789p does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which t789p accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: mobile financial services withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days.

Anti-Money Laundering

t789p is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. In addition to standard KYC requirements, t789p may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transaction volumes. t789p reserves the right to delay, hold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to financial crime, in accordance with applicable law.

Chargebacks and Reversed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your payment provider in relation to a genuine and authorised t789p transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms. t789p will contest any such chargeback and may suspend your account pending resolution. Any costs incurred by t789p in contesting a fraudulent chargeback may be recovered from the account balance.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

t789p offers a variety of bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players as specified on each promotion page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. t789p reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any player at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough") specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period stated on the promotion page; unmet requirements at expiry result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed toward the wagering requirement. Table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate, typically between 10% and 20%. Crash games and sports bets may contribute at rates specified on the individual promotion page. Playing excluded games with active bonus funds may result in the bonus being voided.

Bonus Abuse

t789p employs sophisticated pattern-detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse practices include, but are not limited to: claiming the same bonus under multiple accounts; placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; systematic betting on outcomes with near-certain results to exploit bonus balances; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have the bonus and any associated winnings voided and the account will be subject to suspension.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of t789p, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm other users, the integrity of the platform, or the reputation of t789p. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t789p platform.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment methods is prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other tool that automates gameplay, bet placement, or platform interaction without explicit written permission from t789p is strictly prohibited.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any technical fault, software error, miscalculation of odds, or system malfunction to place bets or claim winnings that would not be available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Hacking and Security Interference: Attempting to access t789p systems, servers, databases, or other users' accounts without authorisation; introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or circumventing t789p's security measures in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the t789p platform to process, conceal, or move funds derived from illegal activity. t789p cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating suspected money laundering activity.
• Commercial Use: Accessing t789p for any commercial purpose without t789p's prior written consent, including reselling t789p services, scraping data, or using t789p as a payment intermediary.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t789p username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify t789p immediately at [email protected]. t789p will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that t789p cannot guarantee profits to any player. You agree to use t789p's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — where appropriate for your circumstances. You confirm that you are not gambling with funds required for essential living expenses and that your participation on t789p is for entertainment purposes.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content available on the t789p platform — including but not limited to the t789p brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, layout, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and all other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of t789p or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Permitted Use

t789p grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or distribute any t789p content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any t789p software or technology; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notice contained in t789p materials.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

Games available on t789p are licensed from third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. These games and their associated branding, graphics, and mechanics remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to t789p for the purpose of making them available to registered players. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content is prohibited.

User-Submitted Content

Where the t789p platform allows users to submit content — such as support messages, feedback, or community interactions — you grant t789p a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

t789p reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. t789p will exercise this right proportionately and in good faith, but reserves the right to act swiftly where the security of the platform, other players, or the integrity of games is at risk.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

t789p may suspend or close a player account where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information or KYC documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity including but not limited to money laundering, collusion, or use of automated tools.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a confirmed chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent legal authority.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. t789p will attempt to notify the account holder at their registered email address before applying the dormant account policy. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, continuing until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. Account holders may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your t789p account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and provided that no outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations are attached to the balance.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — your right to access the t789p platform and its services terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive closure (including intellectual property terms, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and anti-fraud provisions) continue in full force following account closure.
